Taylor Swift BREAKS Record While Performing in Pouring Rain

On Saturday T.Swift made history as the first female artist to play three back to back shows at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey. She also made history as quite possibly the first artist to perform at MetLife Stadium while it rained… the entire show.
By just the second song of her set, she was absolutely drenched. Somehow she still looked incredible and pushed her way through as she performed a medley of some old favs- “Style”, “Love Story”, and “You Belong With Me”.
And even through the rain she managed to whip out all of the special effects she had planned like flying across the stadium in an illuminated basket during “Delicate”. And when she landed back on stage she informed the crowd that the dress she was wearing was brand new and now soaking wet. She said QUOTE, “Technically, I was dancing in a storm in my best dress,” which should’ve made you want to sing “Fearless!” after I said it because come through old Taylor reference. Thankfully she busted out the song right after, making it the only time she has sang it on this tour so far.
Tiffany Haddish also made a cameo for the now-iconic “Old Taylor” dialogue. But not only that, Tiffany was actually in attendance and someone managed to catch her reaction to being a part of the whole show.
Somehow all the technical aspects of the concert worked pretty seamlessly aside from some video screens that glitched out a little at the end of the show. She made it a point to thank everyone who built her stage and continued working it despite the heavy rain.
And we just want to thank Taylor for putting on what looked like an incredible show despite the rain. She could’ve rescheduled it for better weather, but doing it anyway really shows you how dedicated she is to her craft AND how great of a performer she is. But now we want to hear from you!
